I meant to put in my last post. shelby you probably know alot more about aspens and volares then i do. didnt a lot of the parts interchange between the two. If so i founf this junk volare that is being parted out i believe, he sells stuff pretty reasonable.
Not really, The fenders and quarters are Super Coupe only.  :2thumbs: My Uncle Bob has a 79 Volare Duster and we are gonna take the stuff off that I can use before he junks it. A Super Coupe was pretty much a " kit cat " / police packaged. Your taking to me now, not Shelby, LOL

I was talking about actual tabasco peppers, jalapenos just aren't spicy enough. I (my mother) grows them, yum.

UGH  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:   I didnt get the fender tag info and just the vin doesnt tell if its a real road runner or not, The only road runner badge it had was on the dash.     Guess im gonna have to go look at it again to figgure out if its real or not.

Go back to the first page and read a couple of my responses. Having owned a half dozen of them , I know that F bodies are a dicey proposition at best.  Also remember that just because a car is rare, doesn't mean it is desireable. Desireability equals $$$. Rare could just mena a pile of junk cuz no one wants it.  Literally millions of F bodies were produced, so parts are considerably easier to find than for E bodies, however, there are a few things that command value off of them. Also, '76 are the worst of the bunch from 76-80. They came from the factory with so much rust, that Chrysler provided recall fenders for replacement while still within the warranty period of a lot of the cars.

Thanks for the info, you wouldnt happen to know 76 road runner production numbers would you, and how to tell if it is a real roadrunner, all i know is its a 318 automatic, bucket seats, floor shift and has a road runner badge on the dash.   I am going to see how much he wants for it and ill ask you if you think its a good deal

Thanks, Brandon

It all depends on the what the car means to you, The Super Coupe was Shelby's god-father's 1st car/ He passed away and left it to her because she was the only one that loved it as much as he did. So to her it is priceless.  :2thumbs:

the roadrunner means nothing to me at all. I know they are somewhat rare and would just be trying to save it from rotting away in some guys field.
