My fronts were 3" and the rears were 2.5"

The A66 1970 Challenger package came standard with 15" Rallyes utilizing this setup as well helping make the A66 one of, if not the best, all - around packages available on any e - body. Regardless of year :2thumbs:

Around 1985 I was going very fast down the highway, hit the brakes and experience my first brake fade incident.  I had my foot firmly on the brakes and it felt like I had let off.  The brakes were very hot from prior braking.  I never wanted to have that feeling again, so I found a disc brake setup from a 72 Challenger and never went back to front drums on any cars.
When you need your brakes and they aren't there, there is a helpless feeling that you only know, if you've been through it.
