Need rubber seal/grommet for emergency brake cable

Anyone know where I can find the rubber seal that's on the emergency cable?  It butts up against the backing plate where the cable enters.

Mine cracked and broke while working on the brakes.

I just recently bought the rubber bump stop for my 4speed pedals and had my local dodge dealer get it for me,after he blew the dust off the old book under the counter it came to 2.65 most other places want 6 or 7.00,you never know but its worth a try your local guy might have it.
