Most states require a person to register, pay fora permit and take and pass a course for the right of concealed carry. When it comes down to it, the only way to truly defend yourself at all times it to have a weapon within reach at all times. Churches, bars and schools among federal buildings I think are the exception.

Any place that sales liquor is prohibited.  Here in Colorado they just passed a law allowing food stores to sale liquor higher than 3.2 beer so now you can't go into any grocery store with your piece. 
  In my dads church, he would allow you to carry your piece. 

  I am not exactly sure how they make primers go bad.  I will ask my employee today as he is a gun nut.

I was 0311 as well! What unit? I was in 3/1 and 2/4, but only in 2/4 as a replacement so I was with them for about 8 months.

That's the revolver, right?  I think I saw it at my local gun shop.  It was a light pink.  I must admit, I did love it...  So, are you going to carry the pink one as well?

bb71challenger is right on.  They put you through a very long, painful process to get a permit.  It is for full carry in my state (depends on which county you live in) except for NYC.  No carry in NYC whether you have a permit or not.

No I think for myself I will go with the black one. But I am sure my wife will go for the pink and yes it is the .38 hammerless revolver. I do love Pink Cars though.
