Burnout- Off! It wont let you spin the tires if you have it on.
I'm not sure about getting it moving. I would assume you would want it on so it doesnt spin, but I'm not sure.
And we do have a new Challenger section.

I haven't turned mine off yet. The car only has 500 miles now. Besides its in South Dakota now. With all the flooding going on around here we go both our Challengers out of Dodge. (so to speak)
