right blinker light

for some reason when i turn either the parking lights or the the headlights on, the right blinker light stays on. Doesn't blink but the light is just on... All headlights, parking lights, flashers and all blinkers are working correctly. any suggestion would be appreciated.

If a blinker filament in one of the bulbs has broken & welded itself to the parking filament this allows feedback through the blinker circuit & lights the dash indicator.
