frozen drum brake?

The drum brake on my cuda on the front drivers side seems to be frozen up.  Can this be fixed or should I start lookin for a new one?

generally it can be fixed , it depends what is frozen , it may need a new hardware kit or possible a bearing has frozen

The Challenger sat up for over 10 years.  I had to tear the brake all the way down, but it was w/ little effort.

a small sledge, I do mean small... just tap around the drums,
and go in from the back side loosen the brakes... then whoala

I thru the old stuff out, put in new...
