    How do I find a T/A hood scoop ?

    Hi, I’m wondering if anyone knows who makes an after market version of the T/A hood scoops. I’d like to get hold of the scoop only, not the entire hood. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You could buy a new hood and then cut the scoop off.....

    I've seen the six-pack scoop for sale, which is what I have...But I haven't seen the T/A style scoop for sale. Sorry.

    Harms used to have the metal T/A scoop but now the company name changed that sells all of the same stuff including the hood. Maybe you can PM him then post the link here.

    I bought my T/A scoop from UP22 for my charger -68 :naughty: and it looks fine. :grinyes:

    I dont remember where but I have seen T/A scoops in metal. To me thats the best of both worlds, you have the cool scoop but can put it on a flat hood and its all metal.

    OZ,where are you located? Im in Sydney,I have just found a GENUINE 70TA hood for a mate,the hood has been sitting front of me for three years and I didnt pick up on it till last week,any way my mate had a repoTA hood sent out from the states and the workmanship is CRAP (they sent it wrapped in news paper) but the intake is good,I will let him know if you are interested,just bang a reply on this site.
