I had a 440/6 when I was young and decided to sell it to a friend and put in a small block. He put it in his cuda and did a burn out. When the tires locked it spun the center section and broke the tail housing and the bell housing. He was not used to the power of the 440/6. I had to take the trans apart and build a new one for him. Can not remember who paid or if I got paid for doing it.
