These are truly sad times.
Except for those who blame the big 3 for everything, and don't have any problem buying a car made on the other side of the world using poorly paid labor and having little or no environmental regulations.

What I was talking about was the last two new cars I bought.  HEHEHEHEHE

Did get me a Darango and hope it dont hurt Dodge for sure.  It was not new but it looks real good to me.

If they were to do that, they would be dumb. They need to get rid of the Buicks if anything. There are WAY more Pontiacs out there than Buicks.

Old people like Buicks though and has a very strong market. Pontiac on the other hand is not as popular as it use to be.

Sometimes its hard to tell about cars these days. A few years back I bought a new Dodge that was built in Mexico and my wife bought a new Toyota built in the US. Then you get into the the whole domestic content of the car debate.

Buick is an aspirational brand in China. China is now the world's largest car market now. Buick is safe because of that.

my new hemi truck was made in mexico but for a small surcharge i could get free towing .but on the pamplet it showed a trailer and a donky  pontiac will survive in oz . as an earlier post said gms good in china also keep in mind that gm would only tank in the us .we will just get our pontiacs from mexico's dodge plant  . it wont be long before our union leaders wake up one morning and see the light . our union leaders could step up and do the right thing and join freddie macs ceo greed till the end.

That is really unfortunate.  My two preferred brands are Pontiac and Plymouth. 

I have 5 Pontiacs and only one Plymouth.

Too bad.  That really sucks!!
