I needed these parts (with lots of undercoating  ) and cut them out from a Cuda in a field at a pre-arranged time, of course.
I have plenty of buckshot and don’t need any more inserted in the wrong place.  :22yikes:   :smilielol:

I was trying to extract these two lower skirt sections that I needed by myself while using a long extension cord, sawzall and a 4 1/2" angle grinder.  Unfortunately, one of my angle grinder cut off wheels decided to explode on me, literally. The cuts don’t hurt that much, only the impact still from flying shrapnel at 10,000 rpm’s that really has a bad aftertaste.  :roflsmiley:

Fortunately, the other sections flew right past the right side of my face.  I felt the wind,  :angelwings:  seriously.
What we endure for our Mopars.  :bricks1:  It' all good because they are worth it!  :grinyes:  Even the Cuda's.   :poopoke:

Good to see you have the parts in hand, as damaged as that hand may be

I am glad you are ok. Those things can be really bad ju-ju. I hope you have a pair of safety glasses on when you use them. If not let me know and I will send you a pair. Hard to drive your Challenger with no eyes  :22yikes:  I think Barry has the right idea too, soak that hand in some beer.   Kenny, you made a funny!  :smilielol:

Glad your ok, Jim!  I was afraid to see what the pics of your hand were going to look like!  :scared:

Your watch just blew me back to the 80's!

Now that comment about the Beanie Boy, that blew me back to the early 70's!  If it's what I'm thinking of, we had one of those dolls.  It was actually kinda creepy looking, like it was going to come alive in the middle of the night and walk around your bedroom, waiting for you to wake up so it could kill you with it's tiny little hands .... :sly:

Anywho, glad you're okey dokey!

If you have alot of thoughts like that, you might want to talk to a professional about it. :poopoke:

Yikes Jim!  I know how that feels.

I had a blade fly apart on our grinder, too.  Except it flew off and I got one piece in the arm, the other square in the center of the lens on my safety glasses.  Mark is still there.  That coulda been bad.

Love that watch there inspector gadget.

good thing it wasnt worse, glad you're ok!

My 70 parts car fell on e when i kicked the tire off, i got out from under it before i mashed my leg. we do some pretty crazy things for parts sometimes.

just about 3 months ago, a guy was killed at the pick and pull when the car fell on him while he was pulling the catalitic converter. Ive seen cars almost vertical stacked on tires.
