Howdy, I thought I would introduce myself here and then go to the tech page for questions
Here are a few pics of my Cuda and Challenger
The Challenger I have had since 91, used to be my daily driver till 97 or so, 318 bored 60 over (runs a little hot if I remember right) power steering, manual brakes. Just recently pulled it outtta the weeds, tore the interior out repainted the floors, which are completly solid, pulled the gas tank cause it has about twenty little tiny rust holes in it, re-painted the rusty trunk for good meausure and pressure washed the outside. It is currently awaiting the new tank, carburator, carpet, seat covers, and new paint on the door panels and trim. And Presto I will have a clean low budget CHL2T to let my daughter drive.
The Cuda, I bought in 98, 340 (long gone, now has 440 TNT from 66 new yorker), pistol grip, power brakes, manual steering. Sat in the weeds from then till this spring, yanked it out, pulled (good) carpet, painted floors (solid, minor rust under drivers foot) painted trunk, yanked gas tank, cleaned ,re-installed, installed carpet and seats, timed it, cleaned plugs, new (old) drivers side valve cover and gasket, drained/ bled brakes, fixed exhaust collector leak, re hung exhaust at the rear, rebuilt steering column using new (old) bearings, adjusted front end, fixed various wiring issues, pressure washed, buffed out most of the oxidation and finally.....put in gas (was using remote tank till then) and fired it up, runs and drives great, Just has a few clutch/ shifter/ throwout bearing issues to be discussed later.
Anyway, I know I like a long intro and I hope you all do to
Hopefully I re-sized the pics right and that they come through, I will post more when I take them, and of the other mopars of my mini collection ;-)
