What's it worth? 360 Short block?
« on: April 28, 2009 - 10:18:36 PM »
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this or not. But I hope it will be moved to the right area if needed.

I have a Mopar Performance 10:1 360 short block. +.020 from Mopar. Had about 3,000 miles on it when I bought it. Previous owner upgraded to a Big Block. Still has cross-hatching in it everything looks to be sound in it. This block will take a LA or Magnum head, and a Flat Tappet or Roller cam.  I have cam bearings for it (was going to have it hot tanked before building), double roller timing chain, brand new ROLLER lifters with factory spider & dog bone retainers, ARP Edelbrock Aluminum Magnum head bolts, and Edelbrock Magnum AirGap intake manifold.

I'd imagine selling things separately would be my best bet, but a decent "whats it worth" on the short block is what I'm after. I think I'd rather pursue a new Hemi option before building another LA/Magnum engine in the future.

well the one I got wasn`t worth $1
but assuming it has been run & is ok I think they sold for 1800-2000 new so 70% of that maybe
