I have my brand spankin new dash pad on, and need to mount the center speaker.... any suggestions?? Do I just screw it right into the pad?.... Also what type of screws are correct for this, AND the grill too...?

Hello, sorry I don't have an answer to your question. But if you don't mind where did you get the dash pad. I called Year 1 and they list it for 799.00  and Paddcock has it for 499.00. That's a big difference.
Thank You

Hey there, I bought it from Legendary about two years ago. I believe it was around $600+ The colored pads are always more then the black ones. Try Legendary, if I'm not mistaken they supply Year One.

If this is a re-covered pad the OE screws should work fine... course thread phillips head just a long enough to go through the grille or speaker + 1/4".

It's just a new pad, dont think it's original. I still have to paint my speaker grill too, then I should be ready to mount it.

Don't mean to hi-jack the thread but how did you strip your shell? It looks very clean
