I never got married, and have no children  :roflsmiley:

haha, but seriously I am self employed and I am in the diamond business and I build custom jewelry.
After the AAR is finished, I am taking a serous break from doing anything with future cars, and I want to enjoy showing this car around for awhile..
I am tapped!  :eek4: :crying: :screwy: :dunno: :drunk:

Exhaust is on, front core support blackout was painted, the seats are just set in the car, we are still waiting for the carpet to come in, but it is so cool seeing the blue interior coming together. I was told by the registry there are 28 known blue/blue AAR's. Blue interior was one of the hardest challenges with this car, but it is looking great.

Rudy I check every day to see to see if you have added any new pictures. I love your car are you going to have it judged at the Nats?

yes, for sure. I am hoping to compete in the Goodguys show next month in Indianapolis too... that will be it's debut.. we could not make the Nats deadline a couple weeks ago, just too many things to wrap up on the car. Thanks for your interest !! I think the organosol will be going on Tuesday. Cant wait to see it striped as well..
Are you talking about the Columbus Nats, or Carlisle? I hope to do EVERYTHING when this car is finished..  :drunk:

Looks beautiful! As does the babe in the background from here. On the not married part; it's why I am glad that I built my car before this chapter or I wouldn't have the funds to do it.....

I have the old set of trim rings fro this car that are now on my 71 in storage.. going to get them today and have them polished, then brushed.
AAR should have a brushed trim ring. I love the paint when the car is outside....!

haha, THANK YOU! I have done all I can with the car, the real talent behind it now is The Finer Details in Danville Indiana.
Every thing they have done has impressed me.. attention to detail is incredible with these guys. Every time I stare at one of Ken's restorations I become mesmerized. They have accomplished everything I attempted in my first go around with restoring this beast. Ken agreed I had my undercarriage overspray patterns the way they should be which made me happy after researching things for so long it's nice to know it was worth it in the end. After the last shop screwed my car up, it all had to come off, but now I am glad in a way that things happened the way they did because the car looks unbelievable now. Despite the horrible ordeal I went through and pretty much paying the old shop for nothing since the whole car has been re-done, I feel good again and excited.
