I wish you both the best. I hope you both are feeling better today. Sorry to hear about the car fire, they are no fun. Last summer my Durango caught on fire on the way to the Mopar Nats.  Had to sell it because the smell just would not come out of it.

Thank you, everyone for all  the well wishes. It means a lot. Shelby will be on soon to thank everyone, when she is feeling a little better. For me, it is just great to be out of all the pain I've been in since Feb.   :2thumbs:

Glad everybody is ok!

What kind of repairs don't involve fuses!!!!! Or was the rear window tinted and the film caught fire.

I'm so sorry to hear this happened to Shelby and her car!  That said, I'm glad she was able to get out okay and that she didn't get severely burned or anything.  As for the idiot who did the "repairs", I would look into what legal actions can be taken against him because he endangered someone's life with the sub-par, so-called repairs.  Hopefully she can get over this incident...I vividly remember how I felt when my '69 Charger put itself into reverse while I was behind it...It was definitely a very strange feeling and I still don't know why it happened.
