$5000 "Additional Dealer Profit".... :smilielol:

I think most people that are going to spend 42K on a Challenger will be looking for an SRT.  Just my  :2cents:

All the R/T's here in Albuquerque have a $5K market adjustment too.  Crazy, but I wouldn't be surprised if some people are paying all or part of that!  This R/T sold after the folks took a quick test drive while we were having a show & shine.  The sale happened so fast I couldn't believe it.  Bet the people paid top $$$ since little time was spend talking in the back room.  :grinno:

Wow, check out the blue SE Challenger on the tilted ramp behind the red one. Its just an optical illusion but it looks like a sad mouth Challenger with the bumper intruding on the surround.

that is 1 beautiful car. Don't pay over MSRP right now, but if you get even or under MSRP, go for it.

Ya know when a Company is forced it BR you would find it hard to feel sorry for a dealer that is trying something like that.  I think this stuff is what is really the biggest cause of some of these dealer problems. Our local dealer will make all kinds of great deals on the stuff on the lot. With the exception of the Challenger....those are sticker but no markup  from window sticker.

That dealer needs to be hanged!  :swear:  Selling a vehicle for sticker is one thing, but wanting an extra 5k is just plain stupid in light of Chyslers situation.  These dealers should be glad just to have someone walk on their lot and look at it.
:'( that is just like the vehicle I ordered which was cancelled.
Wonder what would happed if that dealer was the victim of a hailstorm, think he would still seek and addt'l 5k?  BTW, You can get a really nice Mustang GT Convertible for 42k.
