rear shock extension

I could use some advice.Installed 1" over rear springs on my challenger, shocks were 1" to small jacked up one side installed shock .Then they other.Measured ride height now  its 1"inch lower now that the shocks are on.Do I use shock extensions or leave it. I dont know what they original ride height was but  I want it 1" over stock .thanks for any help.

your shocks are far too short & a shock extension will not put the shock into the middle of the travel where it needs to be , I would look into a longer shock like an Imperial application

...or a mid 70s truck rear shock will also work.
