    Door Glass Adjustment

    I saw a post at one point that had a diagram of the glass adjusting points.  I've searched, but either can't find the right thread, or the pics are gone.  Can anyone guide me to the thread or re-post the pics?  I'm working on a 71 Cuda if you have multiple diagrams.

    This is a picture of how my glass meets in the middle (sorry it's so dark). The door and 1/4 glass are only as close as barely touching. The door glass seems to need to move back about 3/8 to 1/2" to fit right with the 1/4 glass. The fore/aft adjustment as noted on the diagram doesn't seem to have much variability but I'll look again. Is that what I'll have to use to get them together? I don't see much fore/aft adjustment on the 1/4 glass.

    I've also been thinking I should get the weather stripping around the top of the opening before full adjustment so I can see where everything is supposed to fit.  Thoughts?

    your door gap may be a little wide  :dunno: could be the angle  :clueless:
    my gap is a little tight and my door glass is a little week in the front for a good tight seal  :2cents:
