Been to all those places. The best place to go in Oki is Gate 2 Street. Don't ask questions here. Just take a whole bunch of $5's and follow a young Airman or Seabee the the North West corner of the base and exit Gate 2. Do not fall for the Momma-Son's request to buy a drink for the girls. Get straight to the point.

Guam-Hotel Row. Plenty of "entertainment" there. American college girls go there in the summers to earn money for tuition by way of the "art" of dance. There are quite a few places to get a good massage on Hwy. 1.

Hawaii- go to the beach.

Alaska-Only been there when it was dark. It stays dark there along time. Didn't do much.

Sounds like it will be fun.  It will be fun to see where my Dad was also.  I think compairing the pictuires will be fun to look at.  There was a book writen not long ago and the guy that wrote it wished he had some of the pictures that my dad took in his book.  There may be a story in the compairison as well.

Hope I can get internet while over there.  I will have a weekend in Guam I think.  Do not have all of the details yet so dont know how long I will be in all of the places execept for gaum.

Dude, Iraq has internet. Everywhere has internet now. Don't worry about not having internet.

I haven't been to Japan or Alaska but I have been to Guam and Hawaii. All I can say about traveling around the world is EAT LOCAL FOOD! Don't go over there and get off the plane thinking "Now where's the McDonalds or Chilis?" You don't get many chances in life to try different foods like that so take advantage. Guam has very interesting local food, a mixture of Asian and Indian foods. Japan I bet has the best seafood of anywhere if you know where to go. Hawaii is Hawaii, but you can still find good food there. The best Mai-Tai I have ever had was in Waikiki.

Enjoy your time overseas and take a ton of pictures. You never know if you will get another chance to do it again.
