Looking for hood paint ideas
« on: May 24, 2009 - 05:36:10 PM »
I'm getting my 71 Challenger painted green go.  I'm having the dual side stripes painted on gloss black and adding a go wing in the back.  Seems like I need to put some black on the RT hood to even things out.  I'm leaning towards just the scoops but looking for ideas.

Strobe the nose

Ooooo...that is a pretty sweet idea!  Never saw that before.

In line to what Bullitt mentioned, what sort of stripes?  If it's like a '71 style you can do a hood black out with an outline the same thickness/style of the side stripe...  :2cents:

Strobe the nose

Hey I like that! Good idea! Make the scoops black as well maybe? Strobes starting thin then going up to thicker? :dunno:
