Valance Inserts original color
« on: May 26, 2009 - 03:58:19 PM »
Can somebody help me about the original color from the valance inserts.
Do they have the same argent silver like the GranCoupe on the rear tail light panel?
Or is it the same color like the grill?
Thanks

First off, what year and what car are we talking about?  I assume you are talking about a 1970 or 1971 Barracuda or Grand Coupe Barracuda.  If it is a Barracuda the grille and the insert should be the same color.  If it is a Grand Coupe the tailpanel should also be the same color as the grille and insert.  However, and most people don't know this, the Barracuda and the Grand Coupe do not use the same shade of argent.  If you contact Totally Auto they can hook you up with the correct argent for your car.

It would help to know what car we were talking about. Totally Auto is a great suggestion for paint, but I don't think they ship paint over-seas.

Good morning
It's a 1970 GranCoupe built in November 1969.
Your right Mike , shipping "dangerous goods" over seas it's impossible.
