Anyone see this
« on: May 26, 2009 - 05:28:01 PM »
I don't know if this was already posted on here or the CHarger forum. I can't find the thread now. Anyway, not a mopar, but what a tragedy for the driver and car. A man in his fifties was making a right hand turn and was plowed by an 83 year old man in a Ford Ranger. The mustang driver was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Ok, found the thread:

TOWN OF BURNETT: Beaver Dam man killed in crash

A 51-year-old Beaver Dam man was killed in a two-vehicle crash at 5:20 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of Highways I and E.

According to the Dodge County Sheriff's Department,  Stephen A. Levandoski was driving south on Highway I and turned right onto Highway E, when his car was struck by a pick-up truck being driven west on Highway E by Joseph N. Meyer, 83, of Beaver Dam.

Both men were transported to Beaver Dam Community Hospital, where the Levandoski was declared dead.

The crash remains under investigation.

That is tragic. I hate seeing pics of wrecks where there is no possible way the driver lived. That pic certainly qualifies. Sad to see.
