pics and a question
I would like to finish trunk floor .. can this be welded on at this time? fit is good including drop-offs. also does the trunk floor get spot welded all the way across the rear crossmember / bumper mount

more A-pillar pics  wasn't to bad the AMD part matched all lines for the most part.  bottom of AMD panel is a little skinner then original but workable.

Thanks gotta weld that seam on bottom and seam seal it all then on to driver side lol
I removed my drip rails any trick to installing them? I have a new roof skin just wondering if I should weld the new ones back on .. or use the new skin for placement

Thanks Boots.. its real heavy though just the a pillar had to take some breaks between holding her up at an angle.. lol

I'm considering buying one of those 110V spot welders. Any issues or concerns I should be aware of?

I bought one of the HF 220V spot welders, very handy but very heavy. I really like it for putting together smaller subassemblies where I can spot weld 2 panels together with the welder on the bench.

I'm looking at the Harbor freight 220v model to do my quarter panels and tail light panel.  29lbs seemed heavy but what do you guys think?  Is it worth the effort and easier that working plug welding?
