Hello
« on: May 31, 2009 - 01:02:13 AM »
I just found this site the other day. I am in the process of restoring my AAR. Things are going slow but I want to do it right. I have owed the car since 94 It came from Florida originally, was a race car for most of its life. I just wanted to say hi and I will be
checking in from time to time.

White interior or black? Automatic or four speed? I have a broadcast sheet here for a black AAR.  :dunno:

Here are a couple pictures of my car when I just got it back from the body shop.
I will give you guys a little history on the car. Sold new in Miami Fla Northside Motors
(Closed),  in Sept 23 to Teresa Ann Bus***l. Andrew Ha***s purchased the car 9/17/71. Micheal Bo**s bought the car 10/5/79 He turned it in to a drag car
Then sold the car to Jody Mons**r in Sikeston Missouri from there the car went out   to James Amb**se (Maine) who traded it in on a hemi car at Chuck Pierce Restorations in October of 94. The car has a white interior, auto on the floor, fast ratio power steering, 3.91 rear end. While a race car all the power brakes and steering were removed. I bought the steering parts back in 95. I didn't realize that I didn'y have the correct brake booster until a week ago, so I am looking for a brake booster and the correct fan clutch right now. The car has a broadcast sheet it is missing a couple of section. The motor is matching numbers but the trans is not. I will be putting the car in the Hamtramck registry. I hope the pictures show up I'm not real computer savy.

A black AAR with a white interior!!  That is Stunning.

Do you have any pictures of that combo finished?

Welcome to the site!!  There is a ton of information on here and plenty of people to help.

Any chance we could see your fender tag readout.  Just curious what options your car
came with.

Keep posting pics!!!!    :ylsuper: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:
