Darn nick, a gift is a gift and not a purchase. You are deserving of the items I am waiting to send to you. You always go the extra mile for members here and on moparts. well guess what?  I bought a K&N air cleaner for my 6pk breather. I had an NOS factory one on there for about 300 miles. And now that I know you're either doing a hemi or a 6pk engine for your painted wonder challenger, I am going to send this filter to you as well as a thank you for your kindness gesture. Useing your Pay pal money :bigsmile:I really wanted to give you all these parts as you help out others all the time. I dont run a/c in my cars. And Kenny, I already have a stack of stuff for you to as you know. And I got shocks to send to a member and this adjuster knob. Guys these things have no value to me.  But I value my friends. I don't buy friends, but I watch these threads for anyone that seems sincere and really wanting specific items. My shop is open to members needing to fix their cars.  It may seem wrong to some, but this just comes naural to me. To help others and never look back.  It is looking like I need to go under ground again and just send annonomus.   

By the way, I am trying like crazy to walk right now. I made it down to the mail box on one crutch in 10 minutes. And I am trying to stretch the muscle back out here in my shop right now. Out here my wife cant hear my whining and screaming.  I think I have a very strong charlie horse that wont let go. But it will. It has to. I am walking on the toes now.  it's been 2 days now. It has to let go or I will learn to walk with a crooked leg. I guarantee, food will be put on my supper table and bills will be paid. Im a fighter and never give up.

Al, glad you are feeling a little better but did the doctor say you should be walking around? As far as the filter element, I do not need it, I sold the 6pk to a nice guy here on CC  and the Hemi will not be able to use a filter like that so you might as well keep it for yourself.....

So were playing check and checkmate?   somehow I will win this in the end   And the doc said stay off it and take drugs   I just went 20 ft on my own in my shop. Peggy came in...oops  but thats about all for now. But I think I can drive my car now

I hate to preach but find out what it is!My best friends mother just passed away after being rushed to the hospital with a mild stroke.She was sent to Boston for every test imaginable for a some sort of virus that had atthaced itself to a heart valve but she never made it home.They never really found out the cause but she was one for putting off Dr`s also and may have waited too late.If you don`t treat it it could still be life threatening and you won`t do anybody anygood if you are 6' under!!!

Al, the world is a rediculous and unfair place. Its kinda like, wy dont the criminals in this town have unfortunate things happen to them? or why doesnt the guy that throws trash out his window not mysteriously slam into a pole?  The world may never know. Al,

I'm relatively new to this site and I'm touched by the number of folks who care.  You have definately touched the lives of many people.  We car folks are a special breed...we take care of our own.

You made a comment in one of your posts...something about, and I'm paraphrasing here, why bad things happen to good people, and good things happen to those who dont deserve it.  I dont have an answer.  We cant decide what happens to us in this life, but we can decide how we react. 

That being said, I'd like to share this quote from C. S. Lewis that I think appropriate...

"We are not necessarily doubting that God will do the best for us, we are wondering how painful the best will turn out to be."

We dont know why things happen the way they do.  We just need to trust and believe it is all for the best.  I'll keep you and your family in my prayers...

You should rest, & I mean really rest, I know it drives you nuts. Listen to the doctor & Peggy too.
