Thanks all,

I still have a long time to make this decision.  My first thought is to just keep the engine and trans as they are the most important items and sell everything else.  Those items would be put to much better use helping other restore or fix their cars than just sitting on a self somewhere hoping that someday someone MAY want them to put the car back to stock.  The small amount of money that I could make of the parts would make much of a dent in the total amount need to complete the car the way I want.

I am not a purist by any means, but I would hate to sell the motor and have someone go through what some of you have in wanting the original motor for your car.

Value is important from the standpoint of most collectors.

From a historians perspective, some day very few original /6 & 318 cars will still exist. I wish I had the means to save more of them, but that's just me.
