I believe that the Red Wings need to win this Cup to become a true dynasty.  This doesn't mean they haven't been great...

I am a fan of both teams so I'm just watching to experience great hockey.  But, I do appreciate being around to see the 'dynasties' of my time.  So, I'd like to see Detroit win.

Yup 4C the Wings are a really good team I give you that. They're the mark to beat.
Anaheim really gave them a run for their money in the last round of playoffs.
That was a very hard fought for series they won.

This road to the cup has been a nail bitter, every series has been hard fought. The Pens really drove hard last night to get the win, and to watch history like this is great. I wish the Media would give the Wings a little more credit, I'm tired of listening to the announcers pump up the Pens, no doubt there a great team, but come on, look at the Wings.

Game 5 will go into high gear. Tied series now.
Datsyuk shold be playing for Detroit again on game 5 and then the Pens will have their hands full once again.

Yes, I said go Wings!  But when it comes to the fundages, I've got to go with what me brain says.  So the Pens put the smack down in game four!  Yay for me fundages!!!!

Well I don't watch, care for, or understand hocky    But I saw in the morning paper where the Pens evened things out at 2 apeice. And since I'm a STEELER fan from over 40 years I got to pull for the Pens.  BTW, sports trivia.............the Steelers and the Pirates both won their respective professional sports championship in the same calendar year. Has any other city accomplished this? And if ice skating Pens. can pull out this series it will happen again. I don't know the answer, I was just curious if any of you know of this happening, probably has    All I know is :  GO STEELERS ! !  It won't be long  and fall footbal will be here, college and pros, oh what a wonderful time of year.

I've been on vacation, or would of replied sooner.. wow.. what a series... detroit fans... i know how you feel.. remember.. we had that feeling first.... but what a great organization, with solid players... 

 

My dad always spoke of the City of Champions with the Steelers and Pirates in '79.. Steelers and Pens 30 years later is alwfully sweet...

 

PS.. I'll be the one at Carisle with the Stanley Cup Championship Shirt
