1970 cuda

Looking for info on what you think this car is worth,
1970 cuda (bs23) b-7 blue black interior and vinyl roof 383 ac auto, ralley gages two finder tags and loaded,
Bought new in Colorado moved to arizona in 1989 so it is a solid body
off the road since 1990's started restoration replaced trunk,quarter skins the rest of the car is rust and accident free, seats need recovered door panels are great  have all parts removed , complete car

I would guess some where between $10,000 and $15,000 depending on how much more you have to do.

Numbers matching?  I would guess about 8 to 9K.  Asking price might be 12K to 15K, but cars are not selling right now and basket cases are always hard to tell if everything is there and was it taken apart, labeled and stored correctly.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

 A fender tag readout would help with the determining value on the car.
