Ya A welder is the best tool I have bought! payed for itself 10 times over! Mig is the easiest to learn! They are cheap enough now Just go buy one when you can. You won't regret it I promise! A monkey could weld with a mig! Really!
Sorry to read about your Tranny trouble! I might have the same problem as the shippers had some" fun" with my car before I got it! I have no idea whether the tranny works or not! It was really leaking bad when I picked it up from the shippers, but later I found the dipstick wasen't seated and bolted down and one of the tranny cooler lines was cross threaded. So I hope that's all it needed?

Finally got it off the jack stands for the first time since the spring ( I think? ) Funny it's always the little things that take up the most time. I had to take out the drivers side window today as one of the guides had fallen off the window? Got it all back in and adjusted! Also installed new door handles today as well!
Car sits just a "little" high I know. I'll have to adjust the t-bars. I love my new rims and tires! ( Thanks Boydsdodge!!)

Been busy today! Got the hood on trim and hood pins too! Also installed my louvers! Boy I love them!! Got them from Limited Parts Industries. They fit great! Stainless hold down pins too! Great quality, highly recommend!
It was a little nerve racking drilling the holes for the louvers but it all worked out great!! I used "nutserts" instead of the screws that came with it. I also lowered the nose down a bit too. Needs more I think? Washed the blue stuff they coat the lettering on the tires with too.
I took a picture of my Regal nose to nose with the Challenger( it still sits higher)

People keep driving by and looking. I wonder if it's the paint or the car that catches there eye? Working on the interior next. Then the engine. I'll leave the motor till last because I'll have to drive it once It's fired up!

Looking great Brad, leave the t-bars until you drive it a little to let the susp settle a bit then readjust.
