Thanks Jason, ....yep never done! I'm heading down to PA this weekend to pick up 3 grand worth of parts! Hotchkis suspension parts, firm feel fast ratio arms& brake pads, and some custom lighting parts, and possibly a pair of Viper calipers.
It NEVER ends does it! :smilielol:  :naughty:  :grinno:

Well I pulled the trigger on the Viper caliper swap. I got a pair of real nice clean low mileage  Viper calipers from a buddy here in town.

I also have just ordered pads from EBC brakes ( yellow pads)
Also I just ordered a pair of brake lines from a local distributor of Goodridge here in Canada. $155 custom made. They will be DOT legal as well. That #D3300317 off the ARE site( http://arengineering.com/instructsheet/index8.html)
is no good with Goodridge? Actually none of the part #'s quoted from the ARE link jive with Goodridge? So I had them custom made as described from ARE. 17" ,20 deg. banjo and banjo bolts and washers. The ARE site says they are 10mm x1 threads but I tried to run a 10mm X 1 tap down them and it started to cut so I ordered both sizes (10mm X 1 and 10mm x 1.25) banjo bolts to be safe! The guy I ordered from said Brembo is usually 10mm X 1.25?
Now I have the calipers, pads, and hoses, and just have to machine some brackets to adapt to the spindles. I'm still deciding what spindles to run( see link below)C-body , B-body or E-body, so that will determine how I machine the caliper adapter brackets.
http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=72437.0
If I can make the C-body spindles work I'd rather go with them as I believe they will help with the front end geometry and the rotors are thicker( 1.250") and that's what the Viper calipers are designed for ,so I wouldn't need pad spacers.
This thing BETTER stop and handle now! LOL $$$$$$$$$$!!!!!

When you get your brakes all done, it would be great if you could find a place with a skid analyzer. When I was a diagnostic tech back in the 90's we had one. Machine was really cool since you could see how much PSI was at each wheel. 3 tests and it would give the average. If you had rear drums, you could adjust them spot on. Or adjust front to rear % with adjustable proportioning.

Interesting! Does it hook up via the bleeder screws or something? I clicked on the link but it froze up when it was downloading.
I'd be happy if after all  this my Challenger brakes as well as my 05 Suburban? ::) seriously, I'm really impressed with that thing!
We had a Viper for a pace car one year at the speedway. I spent about 20 minutes with it on the track all by myself and beat on it somewhat. The brakes impressed me the most with that car! That being said I know my car won't be as good as a Viper braking wise, but it will be sweet to have confidence braking!

What you do is there's a stoplight about 25 feet away. when it turns green, you hit the gas and then there's 4 skid plates with metal that grid rough. You slam on the brakes when you are on them and it takes % measurements at all 4 corners. Probably not many around anymore since ABS came around.

And the "evolution" continues..... Just ordered a New Dana 60 from Cass(DrDiff) this morning! 3.54 gears  B-Body length, true-trac upgrade , Timken A-20 bearings, and rear disc brakes.  :blah: :blah: It's gonna be sweet!
I've been building a 451" stroker during the winter also.

Next is the Keisler auto OD kit, hope to have it all installed by June!
