Is your engine finished Brad?

Have any pics of it fully assembled?
You getting it tuned on a dyno? Doing your own cam break in? Would be interested to hear your numbers.

Brian

It won't be on a dyno.... out of funds! LOL It's a hyd roller so no cam break in needed!  :2thumbs:
Here is all I have for pictures of it. It's been finished for almost a month now.

I have a thread on the build up here.

Motor and tranny are all bolted in the car, but I still have plumbing, some mechanical, and some wiring to do before I fire it up. Waiting on a shfter plate from Keisler and the new 1 .120 torsion bars from firm feel to arrive.

Brad, looks good.  Can't wait to hear out it sets you back in your seat!  With that Keisler, is it a brand new tranny from them?  Or is the OD parts kit?  I am guessing the 650 tq kit?

:wow: Looking good Brad!!! whats the final drive ratio on the Keisler transmission?

I'm using 3:55 in the rear end and
 3.06:1 First
1.63:1 Second
1.00:1 Third
0.70:1 Fourth

According to calculations it's like have a 4.43 rear end gear and I'll be reving 2000rpm's at 65 mph.

Ya I'm getting kinda anxious myself!  I assume they are getting someone to rebuild cores and yes I went for the 650 tq kit. Here's to hoping it stays together!

Looking great Brad, nice updates.  Are you taking advantage of an empty engine bay to detail it up a bit?  Or did I miss that you did already?

No I didn't bother. It's still rattle can black. At some point down the road I'd like to totaly disassemble everything and install a new trunk floor  and most likley fix a hole in the rear window as it leaks. At that point I'll paint the whole car. Just don't have the time, space or money to do it all right at the moment.

Thanks! I'm just waiting on a detent plate from Keisler. Should be here any day now.
