Today was the first day in at least a week I've had time to work on it. I got about an hour and a half before it started raining again!  :pullinghair: VERY busy work wise at the moment, that comes first!  :money:  :grinyes:

I have one panel pretty much finished with the English wheel, Just a little more to smooth it out a little better.
This top panel is the hardest, they others are easy.

I hear ya there.  I have not had any time get any work done on mine either.

I'll take rain over 105 degree heat in the garage any day.

Thank god it will cool down soon so I can get back at it.

Those fenders are coming along, can't wait to see pics of the welding there Brad!

Track width ( measured at the center of the tires) Front is 67" rear is 63" I have a 1/2" spacer on both wheels in the front That I most likely will take out. I put them in there to build the fenders to, so I could have some wiggle room.
From a google search stock is...  track width of 59.7 inches (F) / 60.7 inches (R) , which is not optimal IMO on circle track cars we make the rear 1" narrower than the front.

that is some really nice work there! I love how the drivers side is shaping out, looks like it blends into the original shape well. looking forward to more build porn, but I'd love to see some vids on the track when completed.

Not much visual progress but I have one side all finish welded and really for filler. Takes forever tack weld then cool it off with air and repeat....10,000 times! :pullinghair: Then grind down all the welds.  :eek4: I hate that part!  :grinyes: It was fun cutting out the insides of the original fender. Nothing moved!  :2thumbs: Got the turn signal grafted in today too!
