72 Barracuda, St Louis, MO. *** no longer for sale**
« on: June 11, 2009 - 04:49:17 PM »
My friends are selling this. It is listed on St. Louis' Craigslist. Look there for the phone number. I want to keep the car for myself but thougt I better help them sell it before I take out another loan and buy it.  It was a one owner car, who's owner died. 84000 miles. He ordered it with a Rallye hood and a Rallye dash with an 8K tach. It has A/C. 318-2BBL BH-Car. Has a perfect dash, aftermarket radio. I saw it last night and crawled underneath to look for rusty floors or rails. It looked solid but I didn't check everything because of the wicked thunderstorms that suddenly came down. Interior is original with the seat having a littlr seam split on the driver's side. Needs a trunk floor. Has a little rust bubbling up around the tailights, a few spots around the vinyl roof and a few at the lower rear quarters. This car was well taken care of. He says that he is asking $14.2K. (edited 06-15-09 to $12,500)

Yes, Mike and Joe partnered in the purchase and both are trying to sell it to split the profit.

So is the car sold???  Hate to use it as a donor car but for that price it is would be cheaper than replacing most of the metal on my 74
