The way I removed was to cinch the bolt down in a bench vice, sprayed penetrating lube down the torsion bar end on the bushing, then worked the LCA back & forth while prying up...
To remove the innards of the bushing I placed a piece of pipe bigger than the bushing on the bolt side & a long socket smaller on the torsion bar end. Squeezed with the bench vice, this was to install polyurethane bushings.
