That sounds awsome 500Stroker  :worshippy, can't wait to fit mine.
Just curious, obviously you have a 500 stroker in your Chally,.... What size cam are you running?

Spent the day working on my exhaust. Almost done, just have to mess with the tail pipes a bit. I think it was a pretty easy system to install! Mine lined up square to the driveshaft ok. I had to fab a bit to fit one pipe to the header(passenger side) see pictures. But the engines are offset towards the passenger side in our cars, to clear the steering box I assume? Shadango sound like the guy who installed yours was a few bricks short of a load? I did it on my back ,jacked up in the garage. Mind you I was lucky in that I have a tig welder and I had an extra mandrel bend elbow to fab up the passenger side pipe that goes on the header. Sorry about the last picture it's a bit blurry for some reason.

O.K.
Finally i got my exhaust fitted professionally. I have spent several hours tried doing it myself ( i am no amatuer, been high performance mechanic for over 30 years ) i have given up to the do-it-yourself-easy-bolt-on bull****. The clamps they supply do nothing towards crushing stainless pipes. They not meant to.
So.... after a few beers and phone calls my ever trusted friends in the exhaust game came to the rescue and here is the result.
Move over flimsy clamps... come on bolt on stainless flanges mounted solid and look good.
Some photos.... What do you think?

Looks nice, guys. Shadango, you seem to have the same luck as me. "We do it nice, or we do it twice".

Where/how do the mufflers attach to the body? I see the posts welded to the mufflers, but not the other end.

Thanks
