Window fuzzies - Need Help
« on: June 22, 2009 - 11:40:21 AM »
Last night I started to get everything ready to give my inner panels a new shot of paint and noticed that the fuzzie's I ordered require me to rivet them on. The original one I took off  was pressed on to the upper lip of the inner panel not screwed in.  Has anuone had any luck installing the rivet type? Anyone have any pics??

Gotta be a labour of love :faint:

Look at the outers...are they flat rubber?  If so throw them in the trash & order some good ones from az-nick http://nicksclassicparts.com/

I had the same problem with the first set that I bought and I didn't want to rivet them on, so I sent them back and ordered a set from here:

http://www.dixierestorationparts.com/cgi-bin/store/dixieshop.cgi?ACTION=thispage&thispage=wstrip.html&ORDER_ID=121101156#WINDOWFELTS

They fit just about like the originals.
