Saved one from the shedder...
« on: June 28, 2009 - 11:20:58 PM »
A rusty turd, but parts so others may live!! This is the one that had the blue canoe chained to the roof a few months back!  :grinyes:

Thanks to my good friend Kurt for coming thru AGAIN!!!  :2thumbs:

And my other buddy Kurt , who towed her in on a moments notice!

Those wheels hanging in the back are actually chained to the car!!

That's what I was thinking.

First thing wrong is the fork lift that found it's way under it.

At least it isn't getting shreaded.  Parted out is much better than being made into forks or chinese buildings.

Forks are the ONLY way to move it around here.  :grinyes: She'll end up next to my 68 GTS, and help others live on....

I hate questions like this... So lets just say, more than my 68 GTS 340 (which was not free by any means) but under a "G"  :smokin:

Some paint, gas, oil, air up the tires, and of course a steering wheel and she's good to go! :stirpot:

Sorry, did not mean to offend you. I was just trying to imagine what I would pay for something like that.  It just helps the rest of us get a idea of what the current prices are for serious projets like yours.  Great find BTW

No offense taken my freind.  :grinno: It's just that some people think because I'm in the parts biz, that everything is darn near free.   :grinyes: Actually quite the opposite is true, because I'm often competeing against other dealers. Who will generally pay more than folks on the street.   :money:

All good!
