Old School Magazine Spreads

I thought it would also be neat to break out some old school magazine spreads of hopped up cars from the 70's and 80's. I hope its ok to post these as long as I give credit to the source. These first two are from Hot Rod Magazine, November 1979. This first one is apparently a modded real 71 Hemi Cuda. I wonder where this car is now and if its been changed back to original.

This next ones crazy. Ex Sox and Martin Roadrunner purchased by 19 year old with original motor. Bet he wishes he had kept that one.

Wow, I remember seeing that magazine with the purple Cuda with the flames when I was in high school.  At the time, I thought that was the coolest car I'd ever seen.  Wonder what ever happened to it.

Yeah, I'd like to know what kind of shape all of these cars are in today. I think all of the Sox and Martins cars are restored and accounted for. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wow!! I am glad the styles have changed..That chin spoiler has to take an extra 5mpg.
