« on: July 07, 2009 - 12:51:49 PM »
I bought an Edelbrock air gap mainifold for my car. IT does not cover the middle crossover holes in the head. Is there a gasket to cover these of what to I do to block it off? Thanks

I generallcut a piec of stainless steel or old gasket & insert it into the hole
Hang on the air gap doesn`t have a heat crossover passage does it ?

the curved slot above the hole is always left open it prvides a heat release area

:iagree: You don't need to cover the curved hole, just the square one.

I've never seen it happen if the Intake doesn't have a heat crossover. Bolt it on and don't worry about it.
