just don't get so defensive if someone doesn't like your ideas.
understand that at the moment some people aren't seeing your grand vision for the final result.   customs based on a single theme, not two or more.  Catch my drift?

I couldn't care less if someone doesn't like my ideas..
but when it got personal, that was a different story..

I would LOVE to see a pic of you.  I can already imagine.

What the hell difference does it make what I look like..

As for my theme..
This is the impetus:

It is a 1972 `Cuda that I used to own.. (w/ Sidepipes/Go-Wing spoiler.. I actually had it totally debadged and
the side marker lights removed, black walls out on the tires when everyone else had the white letters.. Now it is the opposite)
The band White Witch released their first album ~1972
(I would have preferred a Black Sabbath logo, but they didn't have one)
The GTX was sold as a 1972 model (albeit an option on the Roadrunner)
.
.
So "Wang" where are the pics of you and your car.?

Chill out people!  I don't understand the need for personal attacks here.  Desert shouldn't have to be defending or explaining himself.  To each his own folks.  This is a great site so don't screw it up with getting nasty with each other... :2cents:

Too cool deserthorizons, I looked at the pics at the beginning of this thread before reading anything and thought, "What the...?! I know that logo!!"   :smokin: :smokin:  :2thumbs:

When i moved here from NYC in '74 the first fellow i got to know in HS, Bob, turned me on to WW; it was when their song ' And I'm Leavin' ' was still on the airwaves. Bob roadied a few shows for them and is full of tales such as joints being tossed on stage while the lead singer rode a giant white rocking horse during 'We'll All Ride High (Money Bag$)' I never got to see them live, but can only imagine :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

Here's a couple of linkys you may enjoy...

I have both of their blums on vinyl as well as cd and never grow tired of listening to either  :dogpile:

Rock on dude. 'Auntie Christy/Harlow' will be one of the first tunes i listen to when my Challenger gets done :)

:2thumbs: I knew there were other White Witch fans out there.. :2thumbs:

Class of 2000,
We were wearing silver suits that year..
Mom's hair was slick, she looked like a rooster..
Dad's was way past his rear..
Dad still hits the weed, but us kids we don't smoke now to get high..
We just turn on this machine, sends out this frequency, and it blows our minds..

That was the first song I really liked off of the Spiritual Greeting LP..
The first time I heard it was in early '76..
so, 2000 was still a long way off, and I thought, no way will I still
be hitting the weed at that time, but I sure was looking forward to the "machine"..

Let me tell you, White Witch sounds great cruisin down the road.. :burnout:
.
Thanx for the links..

Sorry I would never advertise for
White Witches in any shape or form.

Try being married to one and then see what you think about them.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

I notice most of the comments refer to it as YOUR car. Do with it what YOU want and if YOU like it, GREAT, your the one who looks at it every day.. I like the grill on Butterstoch's B5 but will not copy it because it makes his car personal. I noticed a bunch of Hemi Orange Challengers parked next to one onother ant the Nats. ALL identical, BORING. Rock on White witch!!!  :stirpot:

I have to say that doing what you want with your car is your right , not everyone is going to like the changes , no big deal !
These cars May or may not go up in value in the future like the originals have or there may not be fuel to put in thses cars & thay may become value less , personally I will not be alive in 40 years to see if they go up in value or not so it makes sense to enjoy the car now + if everyone collects them they wil not be valuable as everyone will still have them .

I was just digging up this thead to find out how to remove the Dodge Truck badge from the front nose , I Knew Desert Had swapped his out & Mopargirl has a Billet Challenger script badge coming & I need to get it swapped out .
Mopargirl has made a few mods to her car now & has some more planned as it evolves , I installed the Gull Wing on her car  &  I think it looks wicked on there , the kit we bought has all the innner support brackets designed for the new Chall as well .The new billet badge for the front should help the looks as well , I have no idea why they used the Ram emblem on the Chall

I'll confess here.

I haven't put this on yet, but it does have a retro theme to it. Any flaws and dirt are in the plastic protective layer on top which will get removed. I just think the Ram symbol is more of a truck thing.   :2cents:
