 :sadwavey: So sorry to hear this news Al, if she is half as stronged will as you buddy she will make it through this I beleieve. What a lovely lady. Pam and I will certainly keep you and your daughter in our thoughts friend. And please as Ken said, keep us updated on her surgery and recovery. Thanks Al for sharing this with us, your "other" family cares too.   :wave:

Sorry to hear this Al. Many Cancers are totally curable nowadays. Many young people don't even go to the doctor so she's lucky they found it early.
Once we had Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope & Johnny Cash. Now we have Obama, No Hope and No Cash!

I'm sorry to hear your bad news and will keep my fingers crossed that her treatment is successful.
My 15 year old niece was diagnosed with Hodgkins disease last summer and spent last fall and early winter going through sessions of chemo and radiation therapy.  Unfortunately she had a relapse last month, and the cancer has come back and spread, so she is going through intense chemo sessions this summer and will end up in isolation in several months until her immune system can be restored after being damaged by the chemo.  So I know a little about what you are going through.
One resource that we have found helpful is the caringbridge website.  She can set up a blog there to keep friends and family up to date on her progress, and keep from being buried with phone calls and such from well wishers looking for updates on her condition.

Alan my prayers and thoughts are with you and her.  Not good news for sure and I wish her the very best and you too.
