The toughest part of the cooking process was the shopping and trying to decifer the different names for food compared to one country to the next..... example, i needed minced meat as the Tomato base for the Bolagnaise sauce, i had no clue it was called ground beef :clueless:  :roflsmiley: just the little things like this was an experiance all in itself, i was so glad i had Eric with me to help with the lingo barrier, it was like he was my personal translator, but i knew how to speak English, that was the funny part :dunno: :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:

Those kind of pies are as common as a bear doing his business in the woods over here Alan :2thumbs: It is a common thing to have as a breakfast lunch or dinner time food depending on the mood of the person eating it.  They do taste good when they are made correctly.

Hey, buddy, are you going to make two trips to the states next year?  'Cause MATS is in March!

I'm glad we got to talk for a few minutes - sorry we couldn't make a visit work out.  Maybe next time.
