The 1972 Dealership ID Program

MARKETING & BRAND RECOGNITION
-or-
How to redecorate your personal garage, Chrysler Style 101

If you have a great product, you want to make it easy for the buying public to find what you have for sale. Chrysler did this with the "Total Look" - it was their Dealership Identification Program. Please take a step back in time with us to 1972. For the next few minutes, imagine that you are a new dealership owner getting your new building & staff ready to start selling the 1972 offerings from Chrysler. Smell that smell? Yep, fresh paint, new stationary, new uniforms, aw yes.... there is nothing else quite like it.

While this binder is not dated, it appears to have been printed in preparation for the 1972 model year based on the truck & van images inside. If you have one of these binders for another model year, please contact me & let me know?

Very nice!  Thanks, Barry!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

That is a cool one Barry.  Just wish I had been a pack rat back in the 70's and kept all of the stuff I had and could of had even more.  Wondered how they came up with the dealership designs.  I worked in a dodge dealership that was constructed the way some of the pics looked.  Memory lane for sure.      :2thumbs:
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development
