Broadcast Sheet marked with a "B"

I finally received a broadcast sheet from the original owner of my 1973 Barracuda.  It was extremely brittle, so I laminated it to prevent further damage.  On the sheet, a large "B' has been drawn on the sheet with a black wax pencil (looks like it came from the factory).  Does anyone know what this means?  Possibly "B" for Barracuda-- or am I wrong?  I'm very happy to have this broadcast sheet since there was no fender tag that came with the car.

Yes.

The upholstery sales codes were occasionally the same on both the Barracuda &  Challengers models, but the upholstery patterns were different. So, the sheets printed in the trim shop were typically marked B for Barracuda or C for Challenger so the correct upholstery pattern was used.

 Some also have an X, W or B etc. after the first letter to note the color.

Thanks Barry!  I think many, many Mopar owners would agree that you are the
Dalai Lama of Mopar VIN decoding, build sheets, and mating original douments with their rightful owners.  A small piece of my broadcast sheet is missing, but I forgot to check the back of the glove box liner for another sheet.  I'll be doing that tonight!

 :dunno:have both sheets for mine, one has a "C" the other a "Bc" as far as I can tell.  Car is a Challenger.

The glove box sheets often have numerous markings.

Tom, if you have a scanner, shoot images of both of them to me in an email & I can take a look at them for you.

I'll try and get a copy  of each. I found one under the rear seat(Bc) and one in the front seat back (C) both match the VIN of my car.
