A little help - What are these and where do they go?
« on: July 21, 2009 - 11:34:34 PM »
Maybe you can help me identify these parts... I sure can't
I would like a reference photo if possible, so I can see where it goes, as well as the orientation.

Picture 1:    Breather type nipple next to the ditributor, located on the back of the 360 block, facing up.

Picture 2:    Heater core valve body adjuster whatchamacallit....This one I can't remember where it goes, or how it goes...

Thanks for your help!

Dan

Picture 1 - That is where the oil pressure sender should be. The fitting you have may have been for an aftermarket oil pressure gauge?

Picture 2 looks like part of a mixing valve that belongs on the heater water circuit on an AC car. My sons AC'ed 73 Charger has something that looks like this. I see the valve is missing though. It would have 4 hose connections on it.

#1...asked and answered.

#2...Does not look like a 70-74 Mopar part, at least not for an E body.
