Anyone have experience replacing comvertible tops on E-Bodies? If so, how "involved" is it (an afternoon, a weekend, or over the winter
)
I've got a brand new, still in the box convertible top from Paddock for my 1970 Cuda Clone. I also got the padding that was recommended at the time I got the top.
I'm a firm believer that if you want a job done right, you should do it yourself. That way you have no body else to blame. I also like to take advantage of any opportunity to learn more "car stuff".
My top has the glass back window. Not sure if that makes things more complicated or not. Any pointers, comments, suggestions or links to info are appreciated.
