Chili Challenger 99% done!!!!
« on: July 25, 2009 - 12:09:16 AM »
Well, after 3.5 years of weekends, holidays, Xmas's and such....the Chili Challenger is so nearly done. Here it is on it's first trip out of the shop, needing only to have the Thermoquad set-up, the engine tuned and dyno'd and a wheel alignment before returning for and strobe stripes put on. (I'm waiting for it's return before the FINAL polish and stripes)....

Thanks to all who gave me some motivation and kind words over the times I've posted it here!! :2thumbs:

Beautiful car.

Please post some pics when you get the strobe stripes installed. I orders some strobes for my Challenger, but never put them on because I really like it with no stripes at all, and I'm afraid if I put the stripes on, I wont like it as much.

I may have missed some posts, but why do you call it the "Chili Challenger"?

Thanks much guys - I really appreciate it. Also love the before and after!

"Chili" is Mrs. e-tek's nickname and most of the work was done in the winter!!

I couldn't find my build thread last night while posting, so just threw them up in a new, but here's the link:
