They are starting to get up there in $$ and a very original 360 car with NOS parts is well worth more than $2k!

I would definitely grab that if you have the room for it. :2thumbs:  I am not a fan of post '70 B-bodies, but I've seen a handful that really caught my eye (from wild street brawlers to all-original ones).  If I may ask, which part of the U.P. of MI did you find this in? (PM me or post here if you don't mind)  I know of at least three towns/cities up there that are known for having hidden MoPar treasures tucked behind buildings and under trees (Iron River, Eagle River, & Escanaba).  I've met several MoPar guys from those areas who always tell me amazing stories of how they found these rare cars just sitting in peoples' backyards or in wrecking yards (like an FM-3 T/A).

The car is over on the east end of the U.P. My family lives near Sault Ste Marie. You are right though. There are quite a few old cars laying around up there. It isn't as picked over as some other parts of the country. The down side is most cars from this area have seen some pretty harsh winters. You know what that is like being from Wisconsin. Pretty much the same weather.

Well, it's a Rallye 360, which is rare (661 WH's and 69 WL's), so you either got some nice NOS parts with a free car or vice-versa.

If you decide to join the dark side and become a "3rd Gen. Nut", c'mon over to the board. We'd be glad to have you.  http://wichargerguy.proboards.com/index.cgi?

Sweet ride for a great price.  :woo:

Wow, the car is rarer than I thought. I'll be giving the owner a call tomorrow. Problem is finding time to get it home. It will probably be a month before I can go get it. Thanks for all of the encouragement. just what I need, another frigging car  :grinyes:

Same here.  Personally, I wouldn't take it even if it was free given I just don't care at all for this body style and then theres the whole issue of throwing good money into it which would just kill me.  Did I mention I just don't care for this car?

Looking at the clean original shape and the fact that it has magnum on the hood with hood pins is more than enough. You are making a wise decision to snap that car up. I would bug the hell out of him about the 68 too. If worse came to worse you could always liquidate the 74 to buy the 68

Awesome!  :woohoo:

Aw, geeze, don't part it out, eh?

Be careful if you drive it though. Those cars ride like couches and don't have as many clunks and rattles as E-bodies.....LOL.  :poopoke:  :roflsmiley:

to all the 3rd gen beaters dry up and blow away. 3rd gen ride nicer, handle nicer and don't have all the rattles. Yes I can talk  :poopoke: I have both and have had both for 30 years!
