The Cuda's a theft recovery. Vin shows 318, now 340 It has a strong pre-bid, BUT it says BILL OF SALE..

Both look darn nice. But wouldn't the "theft recovery" car be returned to the owner?

My guess would be the claim was paid to the insured before the car was "found". What gets me id the BILL of SALE. I would think (at least under Wis law) (not in WIs tho) Ins claim paid or salvage title.
